Growing up between Indonesia and Singapore, Piya developed an international perspective that continues to influence both her personal and professional outlook. From a young age, she was equally passionate about creativity and entrepreneurship, interests that remain deeply connected to her identity today.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Piya is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives through the Nalin and Naseeb Foundation and serves on the Cedars-Sinai NICU Parent Council, where she supports families during challenging moments.

She also continues to pursue creative passions including singing, acting, and storytelling. For Piya, creativity plays an important role in leadership, shaping the way she communicates, builds relationships, and approaches challenges and problem-solving.
